		<description>My wife works at a church that had a deficit of several hundred thousand dollars (very large church) this year.  They unfortunately had to lay off a good number of workers in order to get back to where they needed to be.  I think staff reductions usually are one of the first things to happen unfortunately. 

On an off hand note -I see an ad for my home church in your adsense ads. funny!</description>
