Soon the trick-or-treaters will be knocking on your door. Be prepared for October 31 by stocking up on candy. Take it from me– running out of sweet treats is not a good idea. The year I ran out of candy I grabbed granola bars and fruit snacks out of my pantry. When those were gone I turned off my porch light and tried to hide the fact that I was home. The trick-or-treaters retaliated, smashing my pumpkins in front of my home. Avoid angry princesses and pirates by having plenty of chocolate on hand.
